
Constantine Dimoulas

Constantine Dimoulas is associate professor of the political dimensions of social policy, at Panteion University.
He has studied political sciences in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His PhD, in the same University, focus on the role of welfare state in vocational training. He has worked for many years (1994-2015) in the Labour Institute of GSEE as researcher and scientific consultant. He is also president of the Hellenic Social Policy Association (2018-2020).
He has coordinated many research projects concerning the lifelong learning policies, employment policies, migration, ageing, and the impact of debt crisis. He was also the scientific coordinator for the first national pilot project for counting homeless people in Greece (2018).
Currently his research interest focuses on the responses of social policy to the consequences of crises as well as on the prospects of the Universal Basic Income. He has authored and co-authored more than one hundred research reports, articles and books in english and in greek referring on various fields of social policy.
